At Snoofies, we know your pup is family—and when they need relief, speed matters. That’s why we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the USA

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

• Shipping Fee: Free on all U.S. orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a flat fee of $4.95.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. But hang tight—international shipping is on our radar!

📬 Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hi@snoofies.com.

🐶 Delays & Issues

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday volumes. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, reach out and we’ll make it right.

🏠 Wrong Address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already in transit, we’ll help guide you through next steps.
